Residential roofers less commonly use rubber roofing as it is intended for a low-slope roofing application. Rubber is a membrane typically glued down and less visually pleasing than other roofing materials. TC Backer Construction applies rubber roofing where necessary. Composite Materials, sometimes called “synthetic roofing,” use a mixture of materials to make up a hybrid product that can be very durable.
