If your looking for siding, look no further then TC Backer. When we first moved into the home, which was brand new we found some very small issues with the siding. This was on the fault of a sub contractor and not TC Backer. After speaking with my builder I was put in touch with Chris at the company. Within three days, Chris was at my house. Not only did he address and fix the small issues that I had seen, but he then went over the entire house and made sure that things I would have never seen were also fixed. No cost out of pocket, no questions asked. Well here I am a year later and a contractor who was doing my patios accidentally punched a hole in a piece of siding. I simply got a hold of Chris and explained the situation. Once again, without hesitation, Chris said not to worry about it and that he would have it take care of. If you think any other company will take care of damage caused by someone else by allMeans please let me know because I just don’t think so. I highly recommend TC Backer and can’t thank Chris and his employees enough for the impeccable work.

From a yellow eyesore, to a quaint little cape cod rancher in Dallastown. I cannot express how satisfied we are with quality of work performed in a timely manner. Arrived before apt time to efficiently set up in an organized manner and knock it out of the park attitude. Very skilled amazing teamwork with a beautiful roof over my head is how they left my home but also with the satisfaction and knowledge that 100% I had the best company available to help my home stay protected which ultimately keeps me safe/protected. Kevin Dingus was my project consultant— He was great with responding to my texts/calls regarding questions about scheduling, estimates and repairs. Would highly recommend!

I worked with Brian Goode from TC Backer to initially inspect the roof. The inspection was thorough and informative. I made my decision to replace the roof and Brian presented me with three estimate options. The house has a large roof and the construction workers were able to complete everything in one day and completely cleaned up the worksite before leaving.Everything was handled very professionally. I’m very pleased and highly recommend TCBacker.

The crew from TC Backer did an excellent job repairing and replacing gutters in different areas of my home. They were professional from initial estimate visit to last day of gutter installation. Area around my house was left in great condition, too. I would highly recommend their services.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience as a whole from TC Backer. Had a minor roof leak that no other roofing company wanted to bother with, or so it seemed, until I called TC! From when I first called in, and had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda who happily answered all my questions and scheduled my estimate, to the estimator who came out, VERY TIMELY, to the follow up from their production team, and to their awesome finance department!
