Brands
The door brands we install
We install two of the most respected door manufacturers in the country, so we can match the look, performance, and budget your home needs.
ProVia®
Custom-made entry and patio doors known for craftsmanship and energy efficiency. ProVia’s fiberglass lines (Embarq®, Signet®, and Heritage®) and Legacy® steel doors offer realistic woodgrain looks, robust insulation, and a 20-gauge security plate for added strength. The Embarq is the thickest fiberglass door available — about 2½" versus the 1¾" industry standard — for exceptional insulation.
Therma-Tru®
The entry door brand most preferred by building professionals. Therma-Tru fiberglass collections — Classic-Craft® with AccuGrain® technology, Fiber-Classic®, and the paintable Smooth-Star® — deliver an authentic wood look without the upkeep. A polyurethane foam core provides up to four times the insulating R-value of wood, and the doors won’t warp, rot, dent, or rust.
Why it matters
Signs it’s time to replace a door
A failing exterior door costs you comfort, energy, and security. These are the signs it’s time to replace one:
Drafts & higher bills. If you feel air around a closed door, it’s leaking conditioned air and driving up energy costs.
Sticking, dragging, or hard to lock. Doors that won’t close or latch cleanly are both a daily hassle and a security gap.
Rot, rust, or warping. Wood doors that rot and steel doors that rust or dent compromise both looks and protection.
Visible daylight or moisture. Light around the frame or water intrusion means the seal and weatherstripping have failed.
Outdated look. A tired or dated entry drags down curb appeal — a new door is one of the highest-impact exterior upgrades.
Security concerns. Older doors and worn hardware are easier to force; modern doors add reinforced security features.
The payoff
What a new door does for your home
Energy efficiency
Insulated fiberglass and steel doors with quality seals keep drafts out and conditioned air in, lowering your bills.
Security
Modern doors and hardware — including reinforced strike areas and security plates — better protect your home.
Curb appeal & value
A new entry door is one of the most cost-effective upgrades for first impressions and resale value.
Low maintenance
Fiberglass won’t warp or rot and steel won’t crack, so you get lasting looks with minimal upkeep.

Cost & estimates
What door replacement costs
Door cost depends on the type (entry, patio, or French), the brand and line, the material, glass and hardware options, and the condition of the existing opening. Rather than quote a number that won’t fit your home, we give you a free written estimate for exactly what yours needs.
We also offer financing, so you can upgrade now and pay over time. Ask about current options when you schedule your estimate.
Common questions
Door FAQs
What door brands do you install?
We install ProVia and Therma-Tru — two of the most respected door manufacturers in the country. ProVia offers custom fiberglass lines (Embarq, Signet, Heritage) and Legacy steel doors; Therma-Tru offers the Classic-Craft, Fiber-Classic, and Smooth-Star fiberglass collections. We help you choose the right one for your home, style, and budget.
Are fiberglass or steel doors better?
Both are strong, energy-efficient choices — the right one depends on your priorities. Fiberglass resists warping, rotting, denting, and rusting, holds an authentic woodgrain look, and insulates very well (Therma-Tru fiberglass offers up to four times the R-value of wood). Steel, like ProVia’s Legacy line, offers excellent strength and security at a lower price point. We help you weigh looks, security, and budget.
What types of exterior doors do you install?
We install entry doors (front and side), patio doors (sliding and hinged), and French doors, in a range of styles, finishes, glass, and hardware options from ProVia and Therma-Tru.
How do I know if I need a new door?
Common signs include drafts around a closed door, rising energy bills, a door that sticks or won’t lock cleanly, rot or rust, daylight or moisture around the frame, and security concerns. A free inspection will tell you whether replacement makes sense.
Will a new entry door improve energy efficiency?
Yes. Modern insulated fiberglass and steel doors with quality weatherstripping and seals significantly reduce air leakage compared with old, worn doors — keeping conditioned air in and lowering heating and cooling costs.
Do you offer financing for doors?
Yes. We offer financing so you can upgrade your doors now and pay over time. Ask about current options when you schedule your free written estimate.
